OTESALY® Skinbooster is a micro C-L Hyaluronic acid products, the concentration is 20mg/ml C-L Hyaluronic acid. It is the only stabilised HA products available for skin revitalisation. Pre-sale consultation - deposit payment - layout design - final draft - production customization - balance payment & delivery
Pre-sales consultation:
1. The buyer informs the customized product model and whether other ingredients need to be added.
2. The buyer informs the product packaging and whether the product label needs to be changed.
3. Both parties determine whether there are other special requirements.
Deposit payment:
After both parties confirm the quotation and quantity, the buyer needs to pay 70% deposit of the order.
Typography Design:
Buyer provides company information and reconfirms specific design requirements (packaging, labels, etc.)
After receiving the deposit, start the typesetting design. (Company LOGO is best to provide PSD/CDR/AI format)
Finalization:
Both parties confirm whether the design draft needs to be revised.
Production customization:
1. After confirmation, the buyer starts to arrange production. After the start of production, the seller will no longer accept any adjustment to the order by the buyer.
2. The seller informs the buyer of the time required for the OEM.
Balance payment & delivery:
After the production is completed, the seller will arrange delivery after receiving the balance.

Q1: Can I do my own brand in small quantities?
A: We accept small quantity OEM orders providing that the bottle shape and product formula remain unchanged.
Q2: Can you make the private label skin care products?
A: We are an OEM skin care manufacturer, we can help you sampling & formulating, and packaging materials, artwork design.
Q3: Do you have any other packages?
A: Yes, we can change the packages at your request. We can introduce you the others package at first; you can also send the wrapped style you like to us, we will ask the purchasing department to find a resemble one to you.
Q4: Are your skincare products tested on animals?
A: Our company has a super strict cruelty-free policy. No products or source ingredients are tested on animals. We do not test on any animals and we have adhered to cruelty-free practices from the first launch. Our manufacturing and testing processes are completely free from animal testing and we only source from suppliers who do not test on animals.
Q5: When is the delivery time?
