Recommended Treatment
Method 1 for Facial Filling:
If you inject OTESALY VITAL into the face through syringe by hand, it should be injected into the dermis, avoiding the periocular area.

Advantage of Otesaly® VITAL:
As with other dermal fillers, a Otesaly® VITAL works by eliminating volume deficiencies and allowing the skin to be gently lifted for desired effects. Other dermal fillers out there, e.g those used for targeting the chin and cheeks, are harder and less dynamic; Otesaly® VITAL are, comparatively, a lot softer. The way other dermal fillers bring about their effects is mainly via mechanical properties. Otesaly® VITAL, on the other hand, work by exerting its biochemical effects.
Difference between Otesaly® VITAL and Otesaly dermal filler:
Otesaly® VITAL also known as hydrating filler, are micro-injections of hyaluronic acid. How they differ from the more commonly known dermal fillers comes down to how they are injected. Instead of being injected underneath the skin's surface to enhance, they are injected into the skin to hydrate and improve overall skin quality.
Otesaly® VITAL is a less complex combination that only includes the hyaluronic acid (water) of dermal filler without the binding compound that provides volume, fullness and lift. When injecting into the skin, the filler is formulated with antioxidants and vitamins causing new collagen and elastin to be produced that result in healthy-looking, glowing and plump skin.
Dermal fillers focus on lifting, enhancing and restoring volume, providing a natural and rejuvenated appearance. As the skin ages, the production of collagen and elastin slows, which gives skin a loose and supple look.
Warning:
- Not to be used in individuals with a known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid.
- Otesaly® VITAL should not be used in or near areas where there is active skin disease, inflammation or related conditions.
- They should not be injected into an area where a permanent implant has been placed.
Storage conditions:
- If the packing pours, it should be preserved to the place where is 2-25ºC
- It should avoid the sunlight perpendicular incidence and freeze.

Side effects from injection:
As with every injection based treatment, side effects such as bruising, swelling and needle marks may appear after treatment. Such issues usually resolve themselves within a few days, though this is also dependent on an individual's skin type, the approach of the doctor and especially, the experience and skills of the doctor. Bruising and swelling may be minimized if the Otesaly® VITAL is injected precisely into the correct layer of the skin. Most patients will be able to immediately return to work and their routine way of life with minimal adjustments after treatment.
Light bumps may be also be temporarily present on the skin after treatment. These are usually hardly visible however and will too resolve themselves quickly with light massaging.
Precaution for the injection:
- 2 days before and after undergoing treatment, please do not consume alcohol, NSAIDs like aspirin and Synflex, and any medication or drug that can cause thinning of the blood. This includes food products containing Vitamin E, ginseng and garlic. This is done so as to reduce bruising and swelling to a minimum.
- Do also take note to avoid swimming, intense exercise, sauna and prolonged outdoor activities a day upon completion of treatment.
